Lemon sorbet

Ingredients

  • 300 ml lemon juice (~7 lemons)
  • 150 ml lime juice (~6 limes)
  • 200 g sugar
  • 400 g water
  • 60 g dextrose

Directions

  • pour the water, sugar and dextrose into a pan
  • boil, and let boil for 2 to 3 minutes
  • let it cool completely
  • pour the lemon and lime juice in a bowl
  • add the cooled syrup
  • let it rest in the fridge for 6 hours
  • churn into sorbet
