Gelato al cioccolato
Gelato al cioccolato or chocolate gelato is basically fior di latte with cocoa powder and chocolate.
- one batch of the “fior di latte” gelato recipe
- 30 g cocoa
- 2 bars of dark chocolate
- make a batch of “fior di latte”
- using a mixer, mix in the cocoa powder
- let it rest for 6 hours in the fridge
- pour the mixture into the ice cream maker
- start churning
- cut the two bars of chocolate into bits
- add them in after 20-25 minutes
- churn until ready
