Rum punch

There are many variants on rum punch, the one below is just my own version.

If you want to leave out the rum, substitute it for 60 ml of passion fruit juice.

Ingredients

  • 40 g white rum
  • 20 g dark rum
  • 50 g pineapple juice (canned, unsweetened works best)
  • 50 g orange juice (no pulp)
  • 15 g lime juice
  • 20 g grenadine
  • 2 dashes of Angostura bitters
  • 100 g ice

Shake everything together and pour in a glass. Top off with some fresh nutmeg.
