Piña colada
For a proper piña colada, you will need a blender as you need to whip the coconut cream and crush the frozen pineapple and the ice.
Add the ingredients below and blend for two to three minutes at high speed.
You can leave out the rum for a virgin version. You can substitute the rum with coconut milk for a bit more flavour, too.
- 70 g frozen pineapple
- 80 g coconut cream (Coco Lopez is best)
- 55 g pineapple juice (canned, unsweetened is best)
- 55 g white rum
- 10 g lime juice
- 110 g ice
