Chocolate chip cookies

This recipe makes approximately 9 cookies (~40g dough per cookie).

Tools

  • baking sheet or rack
  • baking paper

Ingredients

  • 75 g butter
  • 82.5 g (light) brown sugar
  • 25 g white sugar
  • 132.5 g almond flour
  • 1 egg
  • 5 ml vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 62.5 g chocolate chips (+ extra)

Directions

  • mix the butter and both sugars until smooth and creamy
  • add the egg and vanilla flavouring, mix well
  • in another bowl, mix the flour, baking soda and salt
  • combine everything and mix at low speed
  • fold in the chocolate chips using a spatula
  • preheat the oven to 175 °C
  • make dough balls and spread out on the baking sheet
  • bake for 10 to 11 minutes
