Chocolate chip cookies
This recipe makes approximately 9 cookies (~40g dough per cookie).
- baking sheet or rack
- baking paper
- 75 g butter
- 82.5 g (light) brown sugar
- 25 g white sugar
- 132.5 g almond flour
- 1 egg
- 5 ml vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 62.5 g chocolate chips (+ extra)
- mix the butter and both sugars until smooth and creamy
- add the egg and vanilla flavouring, mix well
- in another bowl, mix the flour, baking soda and salt
- combine everything and mix at low speed
- fold in the chocolate chips using a spatula
- preheat the oven to 175 °C
- make dough balls and spread out on the baking sheet
- bake for 10 to 11 minutes
